6:00 a.m. Departure from San José accompanied by your naturalist guide.

6:10 a.m. We go through plantations of coffee and head to the mountains of Braulio Carrillo National Park where steep slopes are covered with thick cloud forest and beautiful waterfalls can be seen from the road.

7:15 a.m. Immediately after Braulio Carrillo National Park, we stop for a typical Costa Rican breakfast, fruit juice, coffee, eggs and the popular “Gallo Pinto”.

7:45 a.m. After breakfast, continue through banana plantations, where your guide will explain the process of growing and exporting the fruit.

10:00 a.m. Then leave the bus and embark on the most exciting part of this trip: the boat trip to the jungle of Tortuguero National Park where you will learn a lot about how nature works and get a real sense of our tropical rainforest.

12:00 p.m. Once in Tortuguero and enjoy of an excellent lunch.

03:00 p.m. At this time we will take you to the museum of Tortuguero and Tortuguero Town for a walking tour ( US$1,00 optional donation to the Museum).

Two incredible days in Tortuguero National Park, enjoying of Arenal volcano´s hot water springs, bird watching in Monteverde Cloud Forest, discovering the nature at the dry tropical forest near Rincón de La Vieja Volcano National Park in Guanacaste Province and spending the last days, relaxing on a beautiful white sand beach at Samara Beach, North Pacific coast of the country.

Day # 01: Transportation from Juan Santamaría Airport to Tryp Sabana Hotel. Overnight at Tryp Sabana Hotel.

Day # 02. Transfer to Tortuguero ( Overnight at Hotel in Tortuguero).

6:00 a.m. Departure from San José accompanied by your naturalist guide.

6:10 a.m. We go through plantations of coffee and head to the mountains of Braulio Carrillo National Park where steep slopes are covered with thick cloud forest and beautiful waterfalls can be seen from the road.

7:15 a.m. Immediately after Braulio Carrillo National Park, we stop for a typical Costa Rican breakfast, fruit juice, coffee, eggs and the popular “Gallo Pinto”.

7:45 a.m. After breakfast, continue through banana plantations, where your guide will explain the process of growing and exporting the fruit.

10:00 a.m. Then leave the bus and embark on the most exciting part of this trip: the boat trip to the jungle of Tortuguero National Park where you will learn a lot about how nature works and get a real sense of our tropical rainforest.

12:00 p.m. Once in Tortuguero and enjoy of an excellent lunch.

03:00 p.m. At this time we will take you to the museum of Tortuguero and Tortuguero Town for a walking tour ( US$1,00 optional donation to the Museum).
